Whether you have a paper to present or not you can attend this conference. Registration fees below include a $60 annual AABD membership fee for participants outside Africa and a $30 annual AABD membership fee for participants based in Africa.
Also included are a single paper in the proceedings when applicable, coffee breaks, lunches, and the Gala Dinner.

The registration fees and all other fees MUST be paid on the website payment portal or via Wire transfer.

Registration Cancellations and Refunds

To cancel an Annual Meeting registration for any reason, the registrant must submit a cancellation request in writing to VP for Finance and Treasurer: Dr. Norma Juma at: njuma202225@gmail.com at least three weeks prior to the conference. We are unable to provide a refund for cancellation after that period due to contractual obligations and guarantees. All eligible refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. If the information on the card has changed, you must contact the issuing bank with any questions.
