Motion: That members approve the agenda as proposed

6.1. Agreement AABD and Taylor & Francis for the Journal of African Business – S. Sigué
Motion: That members allow the Executives Committees to sign on behalf of AABD the new agreement between AABD and Taylor & Francis -Publisher of Journal of African Business, which includes, among others, the following clause:
“whilst the appointment of the Journal editor (s), associate editor(s), or deputy editor(s) and the editorial board, and the editing and editorial policy of the Journal, shall be the sole responsibility of the Publisher, the Publisher will consult with the Academy on such matters.”

6.2. Appointment of New Vice President for Communications, Public Relations, and Corporate Liaison of the Association – S. Sigué
Motion: That members allow the Executives Committees to later appoint a VP for Communications, Public Relations, and Corporate Liaisons to fill the vacancy of this position according to paragraph 4 of article 7 of the Constitution.
