Dr. Sigué is a professor of marketing at Athabasca University, Canada. Dr. Sigué’s research covers such topics as branding, franchising, marketing channels, customer relationship management, advertising competition, international marketing and trade, and corruption. It has been published in leading journals in marketing, management science, and economics, including the Journal of Retailing, Journal of Service Research, International Journal of Research in Marketing, European Journal of Operational Research, Omega, International Journal of Production Economics, and Journal of Economic Dynamics & Control. Dr. Sigué is a past Editor of Journal of African Business (JAB). Under his editorship, JAB moved from 2 to 4 issues per year and was included in major indexes such as the Web of Science Emerging Sources Citation Index (ESCI) and the Association of Business Schools (ABS) in UK list of accredited journals. He is a recipient of the Best Ph.D. Award of HEC Montreal.
